I found the staff kind and attentive. They ensured every request was taken care of. The timing of all services, from the concierge to the room, was perfect. I visited the on-site spa and got some treatments. They were Very nice.

The location was superb. It was just a stone's throw away from department stores. plenty of restaurants were close by, i found that very convenient. the staff were helpful. They were genuinely service-minded.

My room felt too warm. I woke up during the night. despite adjustments to the a/c controls, i had trouble getting comfortable. i called the front desk a couple of times, but sleep evaded me till morning.

Really good Mayfair stay

easy access dining options car service

The location provided easy access to Oxford Street and nearby dining options. Buckingham Palace was also within walking distance. The hotel arranged a car service to a special event less than a mile away. the STAFF was helpful .

The hotel did not automatically provide complimentary water. It was only available upon request. The small bottle was somewhat limiting.

The premier king room offered ample space. Interior design included beautiful, comfortable furniture. The bed provided really good comfort for restful sleep. The room also featured a modern bathroom with high-end toiletries and plush towels for added luxury.

The staff greeted everyone with a warm smile and provided helpful service. The hotel is located in a quiet but central area near shopping. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. (The location is ideal, no taxis needed!)

The room was a bit too warm. I fiddled with the A/C controls but still had some trouble getting it to a comfortable temperature.

the breakfast was first class! i particularly enjoyed the variety and freshness of the options offered. the spa and gym were both very modern and clean, offering a great space to relax and work out. the hotel's bar has a sophisticated atmosphere, with skilled bartenders and a wide selection of drinks.

i found the absence of readily available complimentary water in the room slightly inconvenient.
